Welcome Soldiers to ADT {A}, I am [Your Rank], [Your name], and I will be hosting ADT {A} today.
You'll Address me as Instructor during the phase of this ADT. Is that understood?
(Wait for response)
Okay, let's begin
ADT {A} is about familiarizing yourself with how to behave and manage foreign personnel from foreign militaries.
As an military we must be careful with the choices we make when interacting with other personnel from different militaries.
We should focus on being polite and and addressing foreign personnel properly, as one issue could,
lead to a bigger problem.
Is that understood?
(Wait for response)
When visiting Foreign militaries you must act sincere and proper,
with no actions that may violate the rules of the fellow military.
It good to behave in a proper manner as you are considered an USMC ambassador representing USMC,
in Foreign Militaries.
If you behave and act foolishly and the military complains, disciplinary action will be taken.
It is important to follow these exemplary traits:
- Respect; It’s important to respect all individuals, whether they may be from a Military you aren’t necessarily on good terms with or you may had personal issues with a certain individual. Putting these feelings aside and acting in a professional manner will have a major impact on the reputation of USMC and the image, how others may view the Military as.
- Being Cooperative is another important trait to have whilst being apart of the USMC. You should be willing to help another colleague out during times of need. This includes: personnel, VIP’s, individuals from neutral militaries, civilians, USMC's alliances and any other individual you think could benefit from your cooperation. Maintaining good communication at all times and being cooperative with other individuals will not only allow yourself to become a good role model for other personnel but have a positive impact on how other people across the community see our Military as.
Is that understood?
(wait for response)
As an USMC ambassador in foreign militaries you are to represent us in the best way possible.
Making good remarks towards a Foreign Military as well as befriending fellow personnel of the military,
will help create a better reputation for the USMC. As mentioned before "it is better to have friends then enemies".
Is that understood?
(wait for response)
Perfect, this concludes the session. Please add an {A} to the end of your motto,
or an A to your ADT Sack. Please hold, until i post you on forums.
(POST ON FORUMS OF EVERY MEMBER THAT ATTENDED THE ADT)
Thank you for your time and co-operation, Dismissed!
