Recruitment Process
When recruiting Civilians that want to join the USMC , there are a few steps you must follow before they may enter the sentry.
When you are greeting the Civilian make sure you are professional and friendly at all times.
A easy way to get a civilians attention is to call them by their habbo name and to call them over to your desk.
For example:
"Welcome to the USMC smshr122. if you would like to join please have a seat by me for assistance!"
Once the Recruit has taken a Seat you will begin to process them through the proper steps of becoming a recruit
1. Make them change their motto to: [USMC] Recruit
2. Guide them to the mannequins by the door and instruct them to wear its uniform
3. Have them join the support(s) group badge by clicking on the banner and joining the group.
4. Guide them to the sentry hatch and to wait patiently.
This is the proper procedure on how to recruit civilians , and to help guide them to become a future soldier here at USMC.

Recruitment Tips & Tricks
While recruiting there are some tips & tricks you can use to boost your ability to recruit more people and get their attention.
One way to help get a recruits attention is to mention that we do have a pay system here at USMC, make sure you do not state false statements though and to speak the truth about pay at all times.
Here is a Example of what you can say:
Welcome to USMC! We are a military that pays its employees by playing games, working hard, and having fun! Come have a seat by me for assistance joining!
Another good tip is to call out the civilians by their names as they will pay more attention to you and raises the chance of the civilian to confront you and sit by your desk.

Troll Awareness
When you are recruiting you must be able to identify the difference between a potential soldier for the USMC and a troll
A Troll is a person who does not follow any Regulations and does not care to join the USMC
Some easy ways to spot out trolls consist of the following:
1. The persons account was created on the day they are joining
2. The Civilian has minimal friends on their friends list
3. The Civilian keeps swearing and ignoring your help
4. The Civilian keeps switching to colored chat and using effects
If you see a Civilian do any of the above they are most likely a troll and are not to be recruited.
While recruiting it should only take 5-10 minutes to get a Recruit into the sentry hatch, if the process takes more than 10 min than that soldier is not fit to be in the USMC and you must switch and try to help another potential recruit.
