Recruiting Process:
When recruiting others to enlist into USMC, there are some simple steps to follow.
When greeting civilians into HQ, you are to be professional and friendly.
Calling them by their Habbo Username and welcoming them into USMC HQ.
For example:
“Welcome to USMC AC-130, have a seat, and enlist with us today!”
Once they have taken a seat in front of you, you may begin guiding them through the recruitment process.
1. Change their motto to [USMC]
2. Guide them to the Mannequins in the far right corner.
3. Have them join the support(s) group badge.
4. Ask them to patiently line up at the sentry gate.
This will be your primary job as a new recruit here at USMC
Procedures and Terms:
There are a few procedures to learn before fully enlisting into USMC.
A major one will be the Attention procedure; this is done when a officer enters through the hatch/sentry, Another instance where Attention is called is by an Officer.
When called, everyone in the HQ must stand when this command is given.
You cannot talk or move during this time.
When you see “Attention!” being called, you must stand right away and wait for the command given to continue your duties.
When you see “At ease” “Carry On” or “As you were”, this will signify that you are now able to continue what you were doing.
When the Command “Stand at Ease” is given, you remain standing but you are now able to speak.
We will now practice this procedure.
Any questions before start?
Go through this procedure with them.
When you feel they have it down, you may continue.
There are also Commands that you must also be aware of such as:
FTF or Fill the Front - You must fill the front row closest seat to the left you can fill.
AFK/BRB - When going AFK or saying BRB you must fill the afk row.
Any questions?
Wait for a response.
ADT's:
ADTs, Advanced Development Training, are classes that you are required to attend to further increase your employment here at the United States Marine Corps.
These range from being taught how to guard Sentry to how to protect yourself on the forums or Habbo in general.
Most ADTS will be given out by any personnel from Training and Education (TECOM).
Other departments will also have their own ADTs to give/teach.
Any questions?
Wait for a response.
Payment Procedure:
Payment here at the United States Marine Corps is done differently than most militarys on habbo.
Instead of just doing payments once a week, two weeks or a month, we host
games daily that offer coin(s) as rewards. There are also many ways to get coins, you may also be given coins for just participating.
We also award personnel that we see as really active in the HQ. This reward will be given at the end of the month
Any final questions?
